The cook for breakfast was good and efficient.

the carpet in the room was wet, the smell was awful. They offered us to change the room, but other rooms were the same. The toilet was not flushed, it was filled with urine. Overall, it was very disgusting. The smell will haunt me for life.

I had a good stay with a clean room and a delicious complimentary breakfast. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, but I was worried about the room's security features. I'd probably stay here again.

We had a great two-room suite. Comfortable bed, new furniture. We liked that the sink was located outside the bathroom. The hotel was quiet, clean in the room and around. There are several supermarkets near the hotel. Great breakfast with various omelets, sausages, fruit, etc. Good "happy hour" with 17-18 hours. There was a line in the hot tub, so we couldn't get in. The bathroom itself is in full view, very heavily lit and not covered by plants or a screen - there was no privacy... The omelets made by the male cook were very tasty, and those made by the female cook were dry and overcooked... We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was constantly busy. The jacuzzi is located in front of everyone, very lighted and not closed by plants or a screen - there was no privacy... This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool, I always feel at home. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans, which I remember fondly. I recommend it to everyone!

Front desk guy said no vacancy so when he left I asked again and they had plenty of rooms the lady was not sure y he lied

Request fresh towels upon arrival to avoid delays later in your stay.

I love the room, nice and clean, good customer service and I enjoyed their breakfast, a good chief cook in the kitchen impressed with his skills. I will definitely go back there again

I loved the beautiful courtyards and well-maintained areas. The separate living spaces in the suite were ideal for comfort, especially for seniors like me. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Improve noise insulation between rooms for better rest.

Easy to find and free parking. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Nice gardens and pool. Amazing chef at breakfast-large queues but it took little time to have breakfast to order as he worked so fast-nicely cooked too.

Wifi connection poor. Drab buildings but livened up by lovely gardens. Wifi unreliable.
